Hello! Lovely to meet you!

I’m Kasia (or Katarzyna)! Creating, drawing, and art have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I find inspiration in the little wonders of everyday life, I notice beauty in small details, and the unexpected places where it often goes unnoticed to others eyes.

This is me - konio.arts

From Polish highlands to fjords

Originally from the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, I always felt my true home was elsewhere. During my master’s studies in media and communication, I unexpectedly moved from Wrocław to a charming small town by Voldsfjorden in Norway.

Gratitude, presence, peace, freedom, silence, and distance from the noise of everyday life.

This is what I feel when sitting by a lake or in the shadow of a mountain peak with a pencil and an empty canvas in front of me. It’s this idyllic mix of emotions that I strive to capture in my work.

I mainly create portraits and digital illustrations using a graphic tablet.

Besides art.

In private – when I’m not drawing, you’ll probably find me in one of these places: on the volleyball court, hiking nearby with an outdoor coffee setup, or at a stable surrounded by horses.

Create art that creates joy.

I believe the most heartwarming and satisfying feeling is bringing joy to people. I realized that art is one of the ways I can make others smile by doing something I am passionate about.

However, it took a lot of time, late-night thoughts, and courage to make the decision to start designing and drawing professionally. Here I am today, putting trust and confidence in myself, and believing that this is just the first chapter of the konio.arts story.
